Scott serves as outside general counsel to his clients. He has wide ranging experience
in business law, compliance and corporate governance, and has guided clients
throughout the business life cycle from startup, fundraising and operations through exit
or wind-down.
Previously, Scott honed his business transactions skills as chief legal officer at both
Atomic 47 and Lineup Media Group, managing the legal function of businesses in
industries ranging from financial technology to healthcare to entertainment and online
gaming. Before Atomic 47 and Lineup Media Group, Scott served as general counsel
for Eudora Global.
