LATEST VERDICT

July 1, 2019 a trial team led by Ryan Sweet and Tyler Wilke won jury trial against the asbestos fiber supplier, CSR, LTD. for $10,000,000 in St. Louis City for the Estate of Lawrence Farrar. It was a unanimous verdict from the jury.

Mr. Farrar was employed by Johns Manville for over 30 years as a quality control operator and industrial engineer. As a quality control operator he scooped a mixture of asbestos from hoppers with a shovel and was responsible for unloading bags of CSR brand asbestos from railroad cars at the Johns Manville facility. Mr. Farrar was diagnosed with mesothelioma and passed away 9 months later.
